This package builds on our standard service by adding a "Substantial" course. It is designed for longer events or those held over a traditional mealtime where guests require a more significant, filling option alongside lighter hors d'oeuvres.

Substantial Selections
Larger, multi-bite portions served in boxes or as hearty handhelds:
Noodle Boxes: Choice of Hokkien or Rice noodles with seasonal stir-fry vegetables and protein.
Bao Buns: Soft steamed buns with various fillings (Pork Belly, Teriyaki Chicken, or Crispy Tofu).
Tempura Prawns: Large, crispy battered prawns served with a citrus dipping sauce.
Gourmet Sliders: Choice of Wagyu Beef, Peri Peri Chicken, or BBQ Jackfruit (V).
Minimum Order: 30 guests. If you would like to arrange a smaller function, please contact our team for a bespoke arrangement.
Post-Order Process: Once you have placed your order, a function coordinator will contact you to confirm your specific menu selections, beverage package and finalize staffing requirements. Beverages and Wait Staff not included in the package price and will be quoted based on your specific requirements.
