Terms of Use

1. Booking Notice Period
A minimum notice of 48 hours is required for standard functions. For serviced functions, a minimum of 72 hours notice is required.  We will endeavour to accommodate short notice requests wherever possible. For events serving alcohol, a notice period of 21 days is necessary, with final numbers due 14 days prior to the event as it is a requirement to inform the local council. We regret that some options may not be available without sufficient notice.

2. Notice Period for Quote Confirmation
Final numbers, dietary requirements, and event details (including timings, floor plans, and any other relevant information needed for successful execution) must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance of the event date. This ensures our staff can efficiently accommodate all guests and safely meet their dietary needs. Failure to provide this information may result in delays or substitutions, impacting service quality.

3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date will incur a cancellation fee, which may be the full charge of your quote depending on the amount of preparation already undertaken. Please notify us as soon as possible of any cancellations to minimise costs and waste.

4. Minimum Guest Requirements
Certain catering services require a minimum of 10 guests. If you are unsure, please inquire with us.

5. Dietary Requirements
Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, seafood allergy, low-gluten) along with the guest’s name. Additional charges may apply for specific dietary options, which will be outlined in your quotation.

6. How We Charge
Prices quoted include GST. Prices do not include service labour, equipment hire, or theming; these requirements will be discussed and quoted separately. Serviced events have a minimum 4-hour shift per staff member. Please provide your GL code when requesting a quote.
