Our most comprehensive offering, the Deluxe Package is designed for full-evening events where the catering serves as a complete meal replacement. By including two distinct "Substantial" courses, this menu ensures guests are well-fed throughout the duration of the function.

Larger, multi-bite portions served in boxes or as hearty handhelds:
Noodle Boxes: Choice of Hokkien or Rice noodles with seasonal stir-fry vegetables and protein.
Bao Buns: Soft steamed buns with various fillings (Pork Belly, Teriyaki Chicken, or Crispy Tofu).
Tempura Prawns: Large, crispy battered prawns served with a citrus dipping sauce.
Gourmet Sliders: Choice of Wagyu Beef, Peri Peri Chicken, or BBQ Jackfruit (V).
Sweet Chilli Chicken Skewers: Flame-grilled marinated chicken.

Post-Order Process: Once you have placed your order, a function coordinator will contact you to confirm your specific menu selections, beverage package and finalize staffing requirements. Beverages and Wait Staff not included in the package price and will be quoted based on your specific requirements.
