Our Three-Course Plated Service is the pinnacle of formal dining, offering a full culinary journey from start to finish. This package is designed for landmark events—such as valedictory dinners, black-tie galas, or milestone anniversaries—where the meal is a central part of the evening’s celebration and prestige.

Service Style: Individual table service (Full three-course sequence).

Minimum Requirement: 10 guests.

Menu Selection Guidelines

To ensure the highest standard of service and timing throughout the three courses, selection options are tiered by guest count:

10–49 Guests: Select 1 Entrée, 1 Main, and 1 Dessert.

Over 50 Guests: Select 2 Entrées, 2 Mains, and 2 Desserts (Served as an alternate drop).

Booking & Coordination

Post-Order Process: A dedicated function coordinator will work with you to finalize your menu selections, confirm dietary requirements, and map out a service timeline that aligns with your event's run sheet (speeches, awards, etc.).

Beverages, Staffing & Equipment: Beverages, Professional waitstaff and full table settings are quoted separately to match the specific requirements of a three-course service.

Dietary Requirements: We provide seamless, clearly labeled alternatives for Gluten-Free, Vegan, and Dairy-Free guests, ensuring every attendee enjoys a premium three-course experience.
