Menu Selection Guidelines
To ensure seamless kitchen execution and service, your choice of dishes is based on the following tiers:
10–49 Guests: Select 1 Entrée and 1 Main.
Over 50 Guests: Select 2 Entrées and 2 Mains (Served as an alternate drop).
Booking & Coordination
Post-Order Process: A function coordinator will contact you to finalize your menu selections and coordinate the service timeline between courses.
Beverages, Staffing & Equipment: Beverages, Professional waitstaff and table settings are quoted separately based on your guest count and specific requirements.
